Unfortunately Able DXF manager is unable to convert any type of file into a Cartesian file (.cpc). Cartesian file format is lossy, has no lossless mode, and is restricted to bi-tonal images. Due to these disadvantages there are not many programs/converters which support this file format, and usually the conversion is made from CPC file format to other types, not the other way around.
